The ground breaking ceremony for the construction of one storied Bhutan Amateur Athletic Federation’s (BAAF) office was taken place in the morning of the 31st March 2015 at the existing Thimphu Track & Field Stadium located below the Yangchenphug Higher Secondary School.
The ceremony was graced by the Counselor Smt. Nina Tshering La of Embassy of India, Thimphu and Mr. Tshewang Rinzin, President of BAAF. The project is worth 5 million funded by Government of India under the Project Tied Assistance.
