A two days International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) Rifle Judges Course was conducted in Thimphu by Mr. Paul Gumn, from 24th to 25th of May, 2017. Mr. Paul is a member of ISSF Technical Committee and is from United Kingdom.
A total of 16 participants (11 male and 5 female) both coaches and shooters attended the course. All the participants were awarded a diploma certificate at the end of the course.
