The Golden Dragon signifies prosperity and success. The concept of color jewels in each arm signifies the Olympic colors in union with our Bhutanese Olympic symbol, the dragon. The yellow and orange stripes nested in-between the dragon and the Olympic rings, runs in the back representing our national identity, the Bhutan Flag. The typeface has been selected to be simple, clear and complimenting the design. The Olympic symbol consists of five interlaced rings of equal dimensions expressing the activity of Olympic movement and represents the union of the five continents and the meetings of athletes from throughout the world. The logo in its entirety, brings a style of dynamism and high spirit.
