His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, President of the Bhutan Olympic Committee and the Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) for South Asia, attended the 106th and 107th OCA Executive Board Meetings held on the 25th and 26th January, and the 46th OCA General Assembly on 26th January in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
