Her Royal Highness Princess Eeuphelma Choden Wangchuck Leads Bhutanese Delegation at IPC Conference and General Assembly 2025

Her Royal Highness Princess Eeuphelma Choden Wangchuck, President of the Bhutan Paralympic Committee (BPC), is leading the Bhutanese delegation at the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Conference and 22nd IPC General Assembly in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 24th to 27th September 2025.

As the highest decision-making forum of the Paralympic Movement, the General Assembly brings together leaders from National Paralympic Committees worldwide. This year’s agenda features deliberations on key strategic issues, strengthening international collaboration, and elections for the new IPC Governing Board, including the President, Vice Presidents, and Members at Large.

About 400 representatives from around 190 IPC member organisations and several IPC recognised international federations are set to attend the 22nd IPC General Assembly and Conference.

The Bhutan Paralympic Committee is honoured to participate under the esteemed leadership of Her Royal Highness, whose vision and guidance continue to inspire our efforts to advance Para sports, foster inclusivity, and empower persons with disabilities across Bhutan.
