The Bhutan Olympic Committee (BOC) would like to invite quotations from eligible bidders having valid trade license for the supply of the following financial year 2019-2020.
- Catering for FY 2019-2020
- Printing works for FY 2019-2020
Terms and Conditions:
- The quotation addressed to the Secretary General, BOC may be submitted before 11:00 AM, on Friday, 18th October, 2019 along with a copy of valid trade license and EMD as per the tender documents.
- Sealed bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same date.
- BOC reserves the right to reject the quotation assigning to any reasons.
- The rates quoted should be inclusive of all overhead cost.
- The rates should be valid for a period of one year from the date of opening.
