Terms & Condition

• Sealed rates must be submitted to Bhutan Olympic Committee on 14^th June 2013 on or before 12

noon and shall be opened on the same day at 3:00 pm.

• Sealed quotations should be addressed in favour of the Secretary General, Bhutan Olympic Committee.
• Unconditional quotations like an increase of fares or change of airlines at the time of travel are not accepted.
• The validation of fares and availability of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.
• Bidders are requested to mention the name of the airline & submit confirmed itineraries.
• The availability of seats at the time of travel should be confirmed before submitting the quotation.
• The Ticketing License issued by the Ministry of economic Affairs must be submitted.
• Bidders should submit a Lump sum of Nu. 20,000/- only as Bid Security in the form of a Demand draft/Cash Warant, in favour of the Secretary General, Bhutan Olympic Committee, Thimphu.
• Name & date change should be allowed as per the BOC’s convenience. Relevant charges for this have to be indicated in the quotation.
• Refund should be provided incase of cancellation of the trip. Cancellation fees must also be clearly mentioned.
• Airlines and sector, including transit stops, must be clearly mentioned.
• The rates should be quoted as per the sector given above & will be selected for the most direct route.
