Bhutan Table Tennis Federation

The Bhutan Table Tennis Federation (BTTF), established in 1973, is one of Bhutan’s oldest and most esteemed national sports organizations. Recognized by the Bhutan Olympic Committee, it is affiliated with the International Table Tennis Federation and the Asian Table Tennis Union. The Federation is led by an honorary General Secretary, supported by a team of full-time coaches who work together to achieve its vision and mission.

Vision: To be an innovative, well managed sporting body, constantly seeking to provide valued service for its members

Mission:

  • To promote table tennis as a popular sport, particularly amongst the Children and the youth of Bhutan
  • To maximize participation in Table Tennis in Bhutan and produce players of Asian and International standards

  • South Asian Junior and cadet table tennis championship, 2013 obtained bronze medal by our cadet boys’ team.
  • Diamond Jubilee Table Tennis invitational (International) tournament, 2017(Shillong, India) Obtained Bronze Medal by our girls team.
  • Bhutan – Japan Table Tennis Friendship program in collaboration with Japan Table Tennis League followed with team match among Bhutan National Team, Siliguri Team(India) and Japan Table Tennis League Team from 29th January to 2nd February,2019
