NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The Bhutan Olympic Committee (BOC) would like to invite quotations from eligible bidders
having valid trade license for:

1. Catering Service for the financial year 2023-2024.
2. Printing works for the financial year 2023-2024

Terms and Conditions

1. The quotation addressed to the Secretary General, BOC may be submitted before 11:00
   AM, on Thursday, 16th November 2023 along with a copy of valid trade license and EMD
   as per the tender documents.
2. Sealed bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same date.
3. BOC reserves the right to reject the quotation without assigning any reasons.
4. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all cost.
5. The rates should be valid for a period of one year from the date of award of order.
6. Interested bidders may download the tender document with the terms and conditions from
   Bhutan Olympic Committee’s official website http://bhutanolympiccommittee.org from
