The Bhutan Olympic Committee has announced an extension to the submission deadline for the Request for Proposal (RFP) concerning the management and operation of the BIGSA Museum and Experience Centre.

The RFP invites interested individuals, firms, companies, organisations, and joint ventures to submit innovative and practical proposals aimed at activating and managing the BIGSA Museum and Experience Centre located at Changbangdhu, Thimphu.  The revised submission deadline is now set for 7 July 2026, providing additional time for applicants to prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals.

The initiative seeks to attract creative concepts that will enhance visitor engagement and ensure the effective operation of the facility as a dynamic cultural and experiential space.
