Logo for 3rd Asian Youth Games 2025 Unveiled in Bahrain
Manama, Bahrain – 26 January 2025
H.H. Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, presided over the official logo launch ceremony for the 3rd Asian Youth Games, scheduled to take place in October 2025 in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The event was graced by key dignitaries from the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), including HRH Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, Vice President of the OCA for South Asia, Mr. Timothy Fok, Vice President of the OCA for East Asia, Dr. Mohamad Norza Zakaria, Vice President of the OCA for Southeast Asia, Mrs. Noura Aljasmi, Excutive Board Member of the OCA from West Asia, the Director General Dr. Husain Al Musallam of the OCA and Prince Omar Bin Faisal, Board Member of the International E-Sports Federation, and members of the Bahrain Olympic Committee were also in attendance.
HRH Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, who was part of the inaugural Asian Youth Games in 2009 in Singapore, reflected on the event’s legacy of promoting grassroots sports development across Asia and expressed his confidence in Bahrain’s leadership, in successfully hosting this year’s edition.
Earlier in the day, H.H. Shaikh Isa Bin Ali Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee and OCA, hosted a lunch to honor the OCA delegates, fostering discussions on regional cooperation and the growth of sports in Asia.
