The Bhutan Badminton Federation joined the global badminton community in celebrating World Badminton Day on July 5 at the Badminton Hall in Bebena, Thimphu. The event, themed “Raise a Racket,” brought together players, coaches, and enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy the sport and promote inclusivity. The celebration was held alongside the ongoing Basic Summer Coaching Camp and the Selection and Intensive Training Camp for the Badminton Asia South Asia Regional Junior Championship 2025.

As the global volleyball community prepares to mark the first-ever World Volleyball Day on 7 July 2025, Bhutan joins the global celebration by launching a landmark national school-level tournament. The Bhutan Volleyball Federation (BVBF) will host the inaugural School Volley Cup 2025 from 7th to 9th July
