India House Golf Tournament 2025 to Tee Off in Thimphu
The India House Golf Tournament 2025 will be held from 11-16 November 2025 at the India House Eco Park, India House Estate, Thimphu.
Organized by the Embassy of India in Bhutan since 1995, the tournament is a key event on Bhutan’s sporting calendar. This year’s edition commemorates the 70th birth anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, King Jigme Singye Wangchuck.
The tournament features three categories:
- Junior Category: 2 November, with around 35-40 children participating. The junior tournament commemorates the coronation of His Majesty the King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.
- Women’s Category: 9 November, with around 10-12 female golfers competing.
- Men’s Category: 11–16 November. Qualifying rounds will take place from 11-14 November, followed by final rounds on 15 & 16 November. Around 200 golfers expected from across Bhutan.
The title sponsor of the tournament is TATA Power. Other major sponsors include PTC India, Adani Green Energy, Mahindra & Mahindra, and NVVN Ltd. The Bhutan Olympic Committee is the Official Media Partner, promoting the event.
