The quiet stillness of the Himalayan dawn was broken at 3:00 AM on October 21, 2025, as Team Bhutan, a spirited delegation of young athletes, coaches, and officials, began their momentous journey from Thimphu to Bahrain. Their destination: the 3rd Asian Youth Games! 

Rolling out of the capital and along the winding highway, the team’s buses carried a palpable mix of sleepy anticipation. Arriving at Paro International Airport well ahead of schedule, the atmosphere soon turned to excitement. Luggage was loaded, check-ins completed, and at 7:00 AM, the soft buzz of the airport lounge gave way to the official call: “Flight B3 773 is ready to board.”
