Final Touches Before the Start of Competition for Team Bhutan
Team Bhutan, comprising eight archers and four officials, representing the Bhutan Archery Federation (BAF), had their practice session, equipment inspection, and technical meeting on 8th November 2025 at the National Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh, ahead of the 24th Asian Archery Championship 2025.
The day’s activities allowed the Bhutanese contingent to familiarize themselves with the venue and fine-tune their form before official competition begins. The equipment inspection ensured compliance with tournament standards, while the technical meeting provided clarity on event schedules, rules, and other competition protocols.
The Bhutanese team features one female and four male archers in the Compound category, along with three male archers in the Recurve category. Led by a dedicated team of coaches and officials, the athletes demonstrated strong focus and teamwork during practice, with coaches expressing confidence in their preparation and readiness to perform at the continental level.
The competition is set to begin tomorrow from 9:00 AM onwards with the qualification round, marking the start of Bhutan’s campaign at the championship.
