The Bhutan Foundation and the Basketball Federation of Bhutan (BFB) formalized a significant partnership this morning with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the project titled “Reviving Bhutan’s Historic Basketball Court.” The signing ceremony took place at the Bhutan Foundation Country Office, Thimphu, in the presence of officials from both organizations.
The Sports in School Carnival 2025 is more than just a competition; it’s a celebration of community and core values. The two-day event will transform the Woochu and Rinpung Sports Arenas into a vibrant hub of activity, with nearly 600 students showcasing their skills in football, volleyball, basketball, and athletics. To engage the entire community, the carnival will also feature a variety of food stalls and mini sports stalls, ensuring a fun and interactive experience for everyone.
