Invitation for Bids

The Bhutan Olympic Committee has received a grant from Government of India for the development of Sports infrastructures across the country and intends to apply this proceed of this grant to the payments under the contract as mentioned below. BOC now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Construction of Multi-Sport Hall as mentioned below

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the RGoB Procurement Manual, and is open to all Bidders registered as Large Contractor (W3) with the CDB.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Project Management unit, Bhutan Olympic Committee from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from 24^th April 2015.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Nu. 2,000.00 to the Accounts Section, AFD, Bhutan Olympic Committee and on the submission of a written application to the address above.

Qualifications requirements include key technical, financial, legal and other requirements as in the bid documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address above by or before 25^th May 2015; 2:00 PM. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the Conference Room, Bhutan Olympic Committee, Changlimethang Thimphu at 2:15PM on 25^th May 2015.

All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above.
